They let me swap one of the colours out, which was great!! Really lovely customer service, very fast responses. They forgot a piece of the seal, but they sent it separately and were very nice about it!!

I bought two of these kits, one for myself and one as a gift. The stamp is very nicely made, and I chose to pay a little extra for it, rather than buy a less expensive one from a different seller. That was the right decision.
The wax confused me at first, because it’s very pliable. But as I read up about it, this is the kind of wax you need to use for a seal to put through the postal mail. You could buy other, stiffer waxes for fancier uses. The seller was great, when they had a question they wrote me right away to ask and they were very meticulous. As with so many things in life, I’d say technique and repetition are your friends here for getting this to look exactly right on the envelope. I started out with three pieces of the wax to melt, and I’d say that’s pretty close to the right amount.
